Nuku Ora is the independent body for physical activity in the greater Wellington region. We are a Regional Sports Trust (RST) dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the communities we serve through increased physical activity.
Equity isn't a nice-to-have; it's a must-have, and everyone can play their part in making positive changes. By focusing on three outcomes aligned with the Sport NZ Women and Girls strategy: leadership, participation, value, and visibility, we will enable an equitable and inclusive sport and recreation culture for Aotearoa and a system that empowers and supports all women and girls as active participants, athletes, and leaders.
